SuhanaFit Return & Refund Policy

At SuhanaFit, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. As our products fall under intimate wear & personal-use hygiene categories, we maintain a strict return & exchange policy.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns/exchanges will only be processed as store credit.


Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Requests must be raised strictly through the SuhanaFit Return/Exchange Portal within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel will not be entertained.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with hygiene seals/tags intact.

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any condition.

  • Products failing our quality check (QC) will be returned to the customer and will not qualify for store credit/exchange.

  • Intimate wear (lingerie, panties, shapewear, or products without hygiene seals) cannot be returned/exchanged once the seal is broken.


Store Credit Policy

  • If approved, customers will receive store credit only (valid for 12 months).

  • Store credit can be used on future purchases at SuhanaFit.com.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the credit.

  • Exchanges are limited to one per order.


Procedure

  1. Log in to the Return/Exchange Portal and submit your request within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details and clear images/videos of the product/package.

  3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged in 2–3 working days.

  4. Store credit will be issued after QC clearance within 2–3 working days of pickup.


Important Notes & Legal Disclaimer

  • Portal is Mandatory: Only requests submitted via the Return/Exchange Portal will be considered. Any request raised elsewhere is invalid.

  • Final Authority: Approval or rejection of any return/exchange request lies solely with SuhanaFit. Decisions taken by our QC & support team are final and binding.

  • Non-Compliance: If items fail QC, are found used/washed/damaged, or requests are raised late, SuhanaFit holds the right to reject the request without liability.

  • Hygiene Priority: For safety reasons, products once used/tried cannot be accepted back. No exceptions.

  • False Claims: In case of fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect claims, SuhanaFit reserves the right to deny future services/orders from the customer.

  • No Liability: SuhanaFit is not responsible for disputes arising if a customer fails to follow the above conditions or delays in raising complaints.

  • Colour Difference: Slight variations due to lighting/photography will not be considered a defect.
